This is by far my favorite leave in product. I discovered this a few years ago and bought one of the bigger bottles, and have been using the same bottle ever since! First off the smell.... if CHI made a perfume, I would totally buy it! It smells nice and light, and the smell lasts all day, yet isn't strong enough to clash with my perfume. It makes my hair so soft and smooth, and that is a big deal for someone with thick coarse hair! It also gives a really pretty shine, and when paired with the CHI shine spray, it's unbeatable! As everyone says, a little goes a long way and just a bit too much will make your head super greasy. It's just about finding the right amount for your hair, and keeping it to the middle and ends. I highly recommend not applying it two days in a row without washing your hair in between, as it builds up really quickly. I like to apply it on first day hair, and my hair looks even better the second day. I would like to say I will repurchase, but I'm not sure I'll ever make it through this bottle! As I have short hair, I use very little of this, and only use it every other day. With that, this bottle has lasted me at least two years, and it's still about half full. I like to apply it before I blow dry and it makes my dry job go so much faster. I sometimes take just a tiny bit more and smooth it over my hair after I've blow dried and straightened, just to give it that extra little oomph and softness. Plus my husband absolutely loves the way my hair feels after using this - he says it is softer than when I don't, and who would know better than him? Definitely worth investing in!

When I initially got this I really liked it. It seemed super moisturizing but light, and it smelled awesome. As I've continued using it, I am less and less impressed with the results. It seems like now it doesn't moisturize very much, and just a little bit made my whole head greasy. It still smells great, but it's just not worth it for the effects. The change could be for a couple of reasons - I am in need of a haircut and it could be that I am just not feeling the results because of all of my split ends. It also could be one of those products that changes inside the bottle the longer you've had it. I've had the same bottle for about a year now (I have short hair so I don't use much, and I alternate with other products), and I feel like sometimes products should be used a lot quicker than I use them. Either way, I don't plan on repurchasing this product... I'd rather shop around for something else.

Oh my goodness, if I can live inside this bottle, I totally would. This stuff is amazing - by far the most moisturizing conditioner I have ever used! I live in the desert so my hair and skin get super dry, and this is like a miracle working. Paired with the mask once a week, my hair has never felt softer. The only downside of this conditioner is how thick it is, but that's not really even a downside unless you're like my and get it all over your face when you rinse it out. I do that and my face feels like it can't breathe for a couple of minutes after, but I get over it quickly. I like to apply this in the shower with extra on the ends, comb through it with a wide tooth comb and pull it into a bun on the top of my head. I let it sit for a few minutes (5-10) and when I rinse it out, I can instantly feel the difference in my hair. I think if I washed my hair every day this might get a little heavy and weigh my hair down, but since I only wash my hair every other day, this works great for me! I highly highly recommend this conditioner, as well as the rest of the line. The shampoo is nothing special (and because it is packaged exactly like the conditioner, sometimes I accidentally grab the wrong bottle and end up washing twice... annoying much?), but I definitely recommend the weekly mask and the leave in conditioner, as they help a lot with heat styling damage. Just beware not to use any of these too often or your scalp will get greasy and it might weigh your hair down. It's a great conditioner for the price, and I will keep repurchasing!

This shampoo is just okay. I find that if you're going to use a really good conditioner after it, it works just fine. If you use a crappy conditioner, it's obvious that it's pretty drying. I didn't notice much difference in the sleekness (or frizziness) of my hair, which I was hoping for, but I guess for this cheap it was an unrealistic hope. One thing I really did like about this shampoo is how easy it is to rinse out of my hair. I have super thick hair that tends to hold onto products, shampoos and conditioners, and can take ages to wash something out of my hair. This seemed to wash out easier than a lot of other shampoos I have used, which cut down on my shower time. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap shampoo that gets your hair clean and that's it, this is fine. But if you actually want something to help with the frizziness of your hair or hydrate at all, I would try something else.

I absolutely love this body wash! Not only is it really soft and sudsy (and who doesn't love a little suds?), but it's crazy moisturizing. I like to do the same thing with this that I do with conditioner, meaning leaving it on for a little while before rinsing it off. I wash my hair, lather up my body with this body wash, put in conditioner, then do everything else. By the time I'm ready to rinse it off, I can tell it has really seeped into my skin. The other thing I love about this body wash is that the scent is nice in the shower, but once you get out of the shower it completely goes away. I find that with other body washes that have a lot of fragrance, I can smell them when I get out and feel like they can clash with my perfume. This is nice and light in the shower and is completely unnoticeable outside. It's great!
