Maybe my skin just does not do well with retinol. Just like Mary Kay's TimeWise 3-in-1 cleanser, this made my face progressively more red and broken out the longer I used it. I bought this in a set along with the Hope in a Jar (which sadly had no SPF) and the Purity cleanser (which I LOVE). I had to return this product as I got more and more depressed the longer I used it. I never thought I had sensitive skin until I bought this. Tread carefully.

I got a sample of this mattifier along with a DDF mattifier at Sephora. I tried both and I ended up going back and splurging on this! I used the entire bottle! I have not bought it again due to the price, and I also found that I did not need it during the winter. I have since also used less and less makeup as a stay-at-home housewife so I don't need an oil mattifier. I'm 28 and finding that my skin is starting to produce less oil, but when I was 25 this was a godsend!!!

Update: This product has made such a difference in my skin! It exfoliates my skin and DOES deliver anti-acne medicine. It leaves a slight film on my skin but that in no way deters me from buying it. I found it at Walmart.---The aforementioned was only true for the first 2 weeks. After that it just stopped working!

OMG! Worst product ever! I bought the one in the gray tube. I still have it as I refuse to pay the shipping in order to get a refund. This was pretty deceiving. All was working well for the 1st week and I was singing its praises. But then about 2 weeks after my skin started get red, with hundreds of small bumps under my skin. I thought it was just the retinol bringing the impurities to the surface (much like Accutane did) but I never got red with Accutane. Needless to say, when I stopped using it, my skin returned to normal. I once had a bad reaction to retinol in a Philosophy product and wondered if this also had the same. The Mary Kay consultant could not tell me if it did (and she drove one of their cars!). I asked a close friend who is a MK beauty consultant simply for the lower prices she gets, and she was able to inform me that it did. Mary Kay's website does not disclose to the general consumer what ingredients their products have. This information is reserved for their independent beauty consultants. I will NEVER buy a cleanser from MK again! If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I bought this product to help clear the residual dark spots from mild adult cystic acne. I did not like how thick the lotion felt on my skin, but it didn't break me out so I continued using it. At first, this did clear the dark spots on my cheeks. But it did NOTHING for the dark spots under my chin and on my jawline. My makeup didn't cover them up either so I was pretty upset and self conscious about my chin. This only worked for about 2 weeks for me and then just stopped altogether! Not buying again.

I picked this up in lieu of the make-up remover towelettes when I was on vacation. It does a good job of removing oil from your face. It leaves a pleasant scent on your face, and I don't even like grapefruit. I mainly use towelettes when I'm out late and too tired to use face wash + eye makeup remover. These towelettes wreaked HAVOC on my eyes!!! I aged about 10 years practically overnight! I will only buy them to use on my face, but beware...it is NOT eye friendly. Not for eye-makeup removal.

I have used ProActive on and off for a few years in my early 20s, fed up with their mandatory auto-delivery and its gradual ineffectiveness. I picked this up at Walmart after numerous salicylic acid products (Clinque, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear) just did NOT work for me. I don't know why some people don't like the small beads in the cleanser as I find it is a built-in exfoliation agent. The toner ALWAYS picks up dark gunk off my face, and the lotion dries pretty quickly. I use it under my antioxidant serum and moisturizer with sunscreen. The only complaint I would have is that it sometimes "pills" or rolls off if I apply too much. I will continue using this product indefinitely. I also can't complain about the price! My skin hasn't been this smooth and clear in YEARS. I've been using it for almost two months now. It's phenomenal! For $20, give it a try!

I hate lipstick as I feel like a clown. I love lip gloss but I don't like how my hair sticks to it, and I also don't like how it can irritate my vocal cords (I'm a singer). I usually use Chapstick but feel like a need a little color. This is the perfect marriage of all three lip products! PLEASE never stop making this! At only $7 at Walmart, this can't be beat!

I stupidly applied another product intended for your face on my eyes. Big mistake! I aged 10 years overnight! While I love the other product, I needed to fix my eyes. This eye cream is the FIRST cream I have used that has effectively moisturized my eyes WITHOUT BURNING! I used to sell Avon products and have used other drugstore brands and decided to give Olay a run for its money. My eyes were transformed from irritated, dry, crepe, and red to hydrated, smooth, and glowing within 3 days. If I could post a picture I would! Highly recommend!
