It's ok, but I've experimented with many different toners and I really don't see where they do all that much for my skin I don't know but I've quite using them and my skins the same as it's always been.

this is really good if......

you mix it with a few drops of water,it;s highly pigmented but the pigment doesn't stay very well or for very long unless you add some moisture to give it a better hold if you do this it's absolutely great.

Buxom Full-On Plumping Lip Polish Gloss

I really like this gloss.

I think this gloss is nice because it's not to sticky but it's still got a great shine,the tingling sensation doesn't bother me but if it gets into your mouth it tastes terrible, but other than that it's great.
