I love this toothpaste. The grainy texture makes it feel like its really scrubbing your teeth well. I don't think you need to buy the separate day time pro-health, because it looks like it has the same ingredients. I think this toothpaste does it all

Not my favorite conditioner, but its not as thick as the same shampoo, which is hard to rinse out of your hair.
