I see ads in magazines about Olay products. They must must have a good advertising agency. EVERY time I buy an Olay product, so I will stop buying them. This sounded really good. But, it is greasy and sits on top of my face without ever being absorbed. Walgreens had a buy one, get 1/2 off another. I fell for this, and lost my receipt. I couldn't return it. It was a complete waste of money. No more Olay products for me. I now this as a body cream to get rid of it, and not have wasted my money.

I decided to test this foundation. I could not believe the coverage, and my skin looked radiant and felt soft without being greasy. My face looked like it had been photoshopped. The sales clerk took off my old makeup, and completely re-did it with La Prairie. I have never looked like that before. I looked and looked and debated and debated, but I decided I simply couldnt afford this extremely expensive splurge. If I bought everything sshe used (not even including the moisturizers etc), it would be close to my mortgage payment. This line is for the very wealthy, and who don't mind spending a lot on quality products. So, I sauntered away, disheartened, and went to Sephora to buy their foundation. Unfortunately, I had become spoiled. So, determined, I returned the Sephora foundation, and went back and bought the La Prairie foundation. I am hooked. This is THE best foundation ever. I will never regret it, until the next time I have to buy it. But, a little goes a long way.

I really wanted to like this because I like the concept. Boy, was I disappointed. I tried it over moisturizer and under foundation; over foundation and alone. It did absolutely nothing! I could not see any visual highlighting or glow. Very disappointing product. I still have it, and still try to use it with no luck.

This came out in the early spring before the hype with orange and blue shadows for summer, such as Too Faced Summer Eye Palette. These colors are comparable to the more expensive brand. They are highly pigmented, don't need a primer, and are a good color scheme. I have hazel colored eyes, and the purple is particularly flattering. I put the orange on my lid and the purple in the crease. I also add a bit of the blue to the crease. You willl be very satisfied with this palette.

I used to like Jean Nate as a teenager. It was a classic. Now, when I smell it, it makes me nauseous. It is simply too sweet and long lasting. When you wear it, the fragrance lingers forever around you and those you're near. I HATE this stuff! It smells like you're trying to hide an unp;easant odor, but is not working. Horrible!

I really wanted to like this because it is Benefit, which products I use a lot. First, it's too expensive for what it is. It's only an astringent. I use drugstore brands and Yves Rocher. The Yves Rocher actually removes left over grime after washing my face, and leaves my face very clean. That product is only $11.00. I would recommend shopping around for less expensive products. This just isn't worth the money. (I returned it.)

I sampled this at the beauty store, and it had good coverage. So I bought it. When I got it home and used it, it was thin with no coverage at all. So, I returned it with that complaint. I was told it was probably thicker because it had been open the whole time it was in the store. I still returned it. I ended up mixing a foundation I already had, which was too fair for summer, and mixed it with Too Faced Bronze Beauty Balm with a great result. If you want at least some coverage, this product is not for you.

I used to think Tan Towels were the greatest for self tanning. Total Beauty sent me a Fake Bake product, and I have completely changed my mind. When you use Tan Towels, you cannot see where you are applying the product. Big drawback. Fake Bake, however, shows up immediately, allowing you to fix bare spots. Doesn't rub off, and moisturizes, too. I suggest you switch to Fake Bake products.

I won Fake Bake Shimmer Bronzer from Total Beauty and these gloves came with it. They are very thin, and tear easily.

I heard beauty balms are all the rage now, and after seeing a Jerrod (founder of Too Faced) video where he demonstrated this product, I thought I had to have it. I am very satisfied with the color and how it imparts a dewiness. It is a light coverage. I discovered I can't use foundation over or under it. So, I mixed it with my foundation, and it looks perfect. I got the bronzey tint for summer. I do not recommend this for people with oily skin, nor should you apply too much moisturizer. All in all, I recommend this.
