Buy Kat Von D concealer at Sephora. It's the best I have ever used, and I have tried a lot for dark undereye circles.

I received it as part of a bonus in a small size. I loved it so much that I bought the full size. It's like wearing a light foundation, but without the feeling that you have anything on your face.
