It blends well, but you need to blend before it dries. And, a little bit goes a long way. Much better than Benefit's tints like Benetint. Highly recommend.

You get to sample various products before making the commitment of buying the full size product. The is in a cute box with a mirror, and you keep it in your makeup bag. Highly recommend.

This is a good way to start your eye makeup. The product covers up red eye lids and gives you a good blank canvas to do the rest of your eye makeup. Highly recommend.

But then I discovered Chanel No. 5 and most recently Juicy Couture "Viva La Juicy" and Peace Love and Juicy." I threw out my bottle of Charlie. I think it doesn't compare anymore to what is on the market now.

I have discovered after using this pencil that powder eyebrow color is the best. This pencil just didn't blend well and looked fake. Too Faced has a cute kit with powder eyeshadows (2 colors)., a template and tools. Recommend Too Faced powders.
