The applicator design is great and very user friendly, no spills! The color shades are beautiful and the effect is that people see a glow on your face, not any specific color. The applicator dispenses the product beautifully. Other than highlighting the tops of your cheek bones, it looks great over eyeshadow, alone as an eyeshadow, or basically anywhere you put it.
