Not User Friendly

Even though I like the way the product feels on my face, I am very frustrated by the delivery system. The pump doesn\'t work! Plenty of product remains in the bottom of the bottle, yet you can\'t get to it. Unless they change the packaging, I will not spend my money on this product again.
