I got this in a pack when I purchased a kit containing the corresponding shampoo and conditioner. I was excited to try it, but sadly I found this serum far too drying for my hair. I do have damaged and dry hair, maybe it would be best for normal hair. My hair did not feel silky after using it, but instead it felt straw-like (moreso than normal). I will not purchase this again.

MAC Paint Pot

Love It! Use it every day, and adore it every day.

I bought "Bare Study" paint pot because I'd heard it made an excellent shadow primer, and the rumors were true. I'd tried a Paint, which I found too dry, but the creamy texture of the paint pot is perfect for me. I use this great neutral shimmer all over my eyelids, right up to my browbone, and because it's so subtle you only see shine. I use it on it's own and love it, or any shadow applied over top always last for at least 12 hours without a crease. I'm just running low (I've had it since October, and I use it every day! That's pretty darn good) and I'm definitely getting it again.

MAC Pro Lash Mascara

Hoped for better

I bought the pro lash mascara when it was recommended and raved about to me by several MAC employees. I had just finished my tube of X mascara (amazing, by the way) and so need a new one. The price of MAC's mascara is right, but this one I did not love. I found it clumpy and flaky, always ending up in flakes on my cheeks by the end of day at work. I'm going back to the X mascara

Cover FX Setting FX Loose Setting Powder

Great, but use sparingly!

I have used the Cover FX setting powder for about a year now, and I love it, It makes my makeup look fantastic and does not budge from my face for hours. However, this setting powder has a bit of a sheen to it, so if used all over the face it can make you look greasy. I just use this on my cheeks and eye area to brighten and prevent creasing and it works wonderfully for that.

Fekkai Technician Shampoo for Dry, Damaged Hair

Not Worth It For Me

I bought this shampoo and the conditioner in hopes of prolonging and moisturizing my frequently dyed hair. Instead, I found it one of the most drying shampoos I have ever used, and very expensive for such little bottles. I've found drug store shampoos that are far better.
