I've been a Venus devotee ever since the original came out, and have been currently using the Venus Divine. I had been wanting to upgrade to the Embrace for some time, but every store near me was constantly sold out. Well, now I know why. This razor gives me a smoother, cleaner shave than anything I'd tried previously. The only way I'll be switching is if Gillette makes another, better, Venus--and they'll be hard-pressed to top this.

This is amazing! I am awful at applying eyeliner, but using this with the little liner brush is basically idiot-proof. It goes on as thick or thin as I need and last all day! Plus, the pot is so small it fits easily in my purse in case I want to touch up for night! I own two colors and will never buy anything else.

This mascara is CONSTANTLY being written about as the best mascara on the market. I've tried it several times, hoping that one day it'll live up to the hype, but to no avail. It doesn't do anything differently than the countless other mascaras I've tried. So tell me...what's the fuss about?

I really don't get the hype of this makeup. It didn't provide anywhere near enough coverage for my occasional breakouts, and certainly didn't blend enough to look natural.

As others have said, there is a lot of pigment so be gentle when applying. However, it's BEAUTIFUL if you layer it with another shade.
