I love my Mia 2 but I don't think it's done anything special to my skin. I've always had good skin (knock on wood) so its hard to say if it's making a difference. It does clean well. I'm glad I bought the Mia 2 because it has a low speed so I'm able to use it twice a day without any irritation.
