Having just fought the mother of all battles with my recent move, I have had absolutely no time for my beloved mani-pedi appointment. I still refuse to go get one because we’re still unpacking and by the end of the day I look like I’ve been mining for gold instead of breaking down cardboard boxes, and there’s at least one broken nail casualty per day. As you can imagine I’m looking (and feeling) pretty busted lately. What’s been so incredibly helpful, not to mention– super convenient, are these little foot and hand buffers by Spongeables. I am forever indebted to the genius who created these babies– 4 in 1 sponges that cleanse, exfoliate, massage, and moisturize… at the same time! I became an instant believer the first time I hopped into the shower with a Pedi-Scrub Foot Buffer (Citron Eucalyptus Aromatherapy) and buffed away the dry skin that had accumulated on the soles of my feet, signs that I had really been hoofin’ it up and down those stairs last week at the old place! The dual-sided sponges are pre-loaded with glycerin, olive oil, shea butter, and aromatherapy extracts that smell so fresh and can be used about 15 times, maybe more. Not forgetting my hands and fingers, by the kitchen sink is an Applause Hand Buffer that’s a 4 in 1 treatment for hands that can be used about 20 times! Honey Lotus-Quince smells so clean and fresh, and without getting all Mr. Wizard on you– there’s a special delivery system which uses a new submicron technology for moisture retention which helps your hands stay hydrated with natural humectants. So you can cleanse, soften, rejuvenate, and protect your hands at the same time. Loves it!

In this jar, contains 5-10 minutes of pure bliss for your face. After you cleanse your skin, apply a small layer of this rose infused mask to moist skin. It’s so safe you can use it daily. It’s like heaven. The rose petals literally melt into your skin, leaving your skin hydrated and glowing. The relaxing aroma of the roses just takes you places. I was lucky enough to be gifted this and I made the time to use it twice weekly. Good one to try.

I have been such a fool in the shaving department. Before using this razor, I can't believe I never thought there was something better! The Venus Embrace is like the Cadillac of razors with all of the extras. It is SO smooth and effortless. I found everything about it to be comfortable. I'll never use those other plain old razors again!

I cannot believe I am saying this, but I love these things! They fit my nails without gaps or overlaps and were so easy to apply that I cannot even believe it! These babies aren't going anywhere until I'm ready to take them off and got me out of spending $$ at the nail salon this week! YAY!

As a former stylist/colorist, I can tell you that I recommended this product more times than I could ever count to my clients with color-treated hair. It helps the color stay vibrant longer and hydrates fabulously. I didn't find it to be as intense as some other conditioning treatments that I've tried however.

I found this to give me excellent relief from what I like to call-- dishpan hands. When paired with the Pampering Spa Scrub for hands, my hands and elbows felt silky smooth! The scent reminds me of baby powder :)

I can say after just a few uses of the Nourish+ Moisturize Shampoo & Conditioner– I’m loving it. It’s gentle on my color, smells great, and doesn’t weigh my hair down. While I don’t think I’ll ever be 100% satisfied with the way my hair looks and feels no matter what product I’m using (that will be the day!), I am convinced that this was a good choice for my specific concerns.

Quality ingredients, skin protecting vitamins, and yummy lavender essential oil make this an effective and pleasurable moisturizer. I love this body lotion and love using it with their Lavender Body Cleansing Cream even more! It smells so fresh that I swear this man at the post office insisted on standing practically on top of me yesterday! Okay-- maybe it wasn't that, but it smells really great, isn't sticky, and stays moist!

Bare Escentuals eyeshadow has never failed me. I own several and my favorite "everyday" color is Cupcake! These pots last seemingly forever and the color stays true all day. I've never had them crease and LOVE them! My only gripe is the lack of a better way to sift the contents out of the jar.

This one turned out to be just not for me. While this isn't a completely horrible product, and I can totally see it working for other people--it didn't suit my needs. First, the large rectangle compact isn't very ideal for tucking in my purse for touch-ups. The included applicator brush feels a little awkward, I think this could perform so much better with a sponge applicator instead. It looks a little powdery when I first apply it, but after several minutes it does give off a nice light-reflective quality to it--and that I can't knock! I wouldn't buy this one again. But... I will try the PhotoReady liquid foundation because I've only heard great things about it and sounds like it would be a better fit for me. I had hoped that the powder would serve as a good touch-up and finishing powder for me, but it wasn't the case.
