Long-time User of Maybelline Faux Eyelashes

I prefer the differently-styled version that used to be called "glamor." Having the lashes attached with "clumps" along the band is not natural-looking, to me. I do not care whether or not the lashes are natural hair or artificial. However, artificial ones will frizz if you lean over a really hot oven! False eyelash application takes practice and experience to get good results but is well worth the time and effort to get it right. No only do you need to select the best style of product to suit your eye size and shape, but also trim the band the correct width (error on the short side) and then use a straight-edge razor blade to taper each side of the lashes. Having extra long lashes at the outer corners of your eyes may sound attractive but it is a dead giveaway that you are wearing faux lashes. Many people have been amazed that I wear faux lashes, even after I tell them and they look closely. These lashes (the glamor style) are so inexpensive you can practice and not feel bad about some experimental failures.

What Consumer Reports Says About Ionic Hair Dryers

Mind you, I have never even used a ionic hair dryer but Consumer Reports said they are effective at minimizing frizzies in the short term but they come back before the day is over if the humidity favors them. Anyone experience this?

Maybelline New York Full 'N Soft Washable Mascara

Hope Maybelline Never Takes This Off The Market!

I, too, keep going back to this mascara. None of the new formulas or brush styles seem to perform as well and the price cannot be beat. I have been using mascara for approximately 50 years and this is my favorite. Maybelline really got this one right, no clumping, builds thickness and no flaking.
