I've used this as a replacement for shaving (egs) for the entire month of April and I was not disappointed. I like the product and it works exactly how it is advertised. After a month of using the product, I was in a rush so I shaved my legs instead of using Smooth Away. My legs were smooth for days instead of just one day. The product definitely helps shaving results last longer, but takes forever to use. Kind of gives my arms a workout. Haha. I will still purchase it in the future. The only cons I found was that if you are not careful or your skin is sensitive, the abrasion from the product can cause irritation and maybe even the slightest bleeding. Also, I don't know if refills are sold or if the entire package has to be bought again.

My skin can get super oily 3-4 hours after applying my makeup. I swear... i have the worst skin genes. But anyway, I heard that this products was used in movies to remove shine, so I went to MAC and decided to give it a try. The MUA tried it on my and I was just so amazed, I couldn't wait to stick it in my purse. The shine was completely eliminated and my skin was left looking matte... even better than when I first put my makeup on. I've had it for three months and I use it to touch up everyday. I already panned it so I gotta get a backup soon!

The quality is great and it lasts a long time. It doesn't peel off (which, China Glaze does... I don't know why!). There is such a wide variety of colors and the names are so cute. It's a bit pricey though.

Maybelline New York VolumeXLSeduction Lip Plumper
Looks pretty and smells good, but it didn't work for me.
Maybe it's because my lips are already quite full. But I bought this when it first came out and I couldn't wait to try it. The packaging was just so cute and application was easy. It also smelled fruity. The gloss did not sting badly, which was a good thing. But there is some feeling in your lips... not quite prickly, but sort of more cooling. I waited a while, and I didn't really see a difference. 30% more fuller is not a lot in the first place. I asked my mom if she noticed a difference, and she said no. I was kind of disappointed, because I wanted to see SOME kind of change, but there was nothing. Maybe it's the pearly, light color that will give the illusion of fuller lips. The gloss is great just as a simple, everyday gloss, but not as a lip plumper.

My mom and I decided to try out mineral foundation two years ago. She ended up getting Bare Minerals while I went for Urban Decay Surreal Skin Mineral Foundation (because I did not have a color in Bare Minerals at the time). I used it and liked it... it worked fairly well. Then, just for fun, I ordered free samples from Everyday Minerals. Those were okay. Coverage was not as great, but I use it if I'm just chilling at home. Then I got a sample of Bare Minerals when I found there were more shades. I FELL IN LOVE. The look of it on my skin was so different... Urban Decay was great, but it left a more powdery, patchy look on my skin sometimes. But Bare Minerals glided on smoothly and the coverage was a lot better. I loved the look and feel of this foundation better. I'm almost out of my second pot of Urban Decay's foundation, so I finally switched and bought Bare Minerals. I can't wait to start using it. :]

L'Oréal Paris EverPure Sulfate-Free Color Care System Moisture Shampoo
First time trying it, and loving it so far.
I went to a larger Target in my city to shop and I originally wanted my Tres Semme shampoo. But they didn't have the one for colored hair, so I opted for another one. L'oreal's Ever Pure caught my eye. The packaging was sleek and unique... similar to more higher end brands. It also said "sulfate-free" and "vegan" so I thought that it can't be too bad. I haven't used L'oreal shampoos since I was a child, so I was a little hesitant. But after the first week, I absolutely loved it. It smells so good and I love how the formula was thicker and creamier, so the products stayed in my hair when I lathered instead of dripping between my fingers. It left my hair soft and I still have yet to find something bad.
