I bought a couple of different color combinations. It's hard to tell from the photos online what's going to work and what isn't. So, naturally, one of the eyeshadows looked terrible on me, while the other one was pretty good. Having only paid $1 for it, I didn't feel any guilt about throwing the one that didn't work away...and I love the colors of the other one (nouveau neutrals)!

A little of this definitely goes a long way! I have it in Lilac Petal and thought it looked weird on my lips, but it's nice when dabbed very sparingly on the cheekbones. It's also good on the eyelids in small amounts, either by itself or as an eyeshadow base.

I have this in Innocence and have no complaints. It's small and in a cheap plastic case, but what do you expect for $1? The color is nice, and it looks natural on my cheeks - it's long-wearing too. I can overlook the case issues for that!

I bought the two lightest shades b/c I'm pale, and they were only $1. Maybe it's just that I'm not a bronzer person, but I thought both left my face looking very shiny, like I needed to apply powder or go blot off the oil or something! I suppose I might use a tiny amount as a highlighter on my cheekbones, but I don't think I would cover my whole face with it.

I like this a lot as a sheer gloss that adds a hint of color and shine. I wasn't expecting it to be scented and was pleasantly surprised at the scent/flavor. I like to wear the lighter colors on days when I go with a more dramatic eye - I also think this would be a great gloss for summer.
