Since I started wearing makeup, I stuck to the same mineral powder as I was too scared to try a liquid. But eventually, when I couldn't stand how orange and cakey the powder looked, I decided to change my ways. It has been the best makeup choice I've ever made. This foundation is so light and easy to apply, looks natural and matches my skin perfectly despite how fair I am. I applied it with a Real Techniques foundation brush and it went on like a dream! You can layer it well and it doesn't look orange or heavy. Don't be afraid of this liquid foundation - it's wonderful. Expensive for a chemist foundation, but absolutely worth the price! I love it.

Nearly my whole makeup case consists of Revlon products now. This concealer is no exception. As I always have a few spots to cover up I am always picky about finding a concealer that does the job well. This concealer comes in a convenient little stick with a nice tapered tip to apply it with; doesn't go on too cakey and looks natural. However, the major drawback for me is that if the colour of your foundation and your concealer do not match exactly, or if you use a powder foundation with a cream concealer, there is a clash and the concealed spot will be paler than the rest of your skin and stand out even more. So be careful about what you use as your base. But otherwise, it's a great concealer.

I used this powder for about two years and although I persisted with it I always had issues with it. Firstly even the lighter shades looked too orange, even when applied as lightly as possible, and didn't cover any blemishes well. Secondly, it is brutally hard to build up without looking really cakey and unnatural. And finally, I always had a problem with finding a concealer that did not appear paler against the foundation, meaning I had to later the powder and concealer and was always unhappy with the effect. Overall it's not bad, but I will never go back to it.

I use this brush with a liquid foundation. Put a dot on each cheek, your chin, nose and forehead and the brush will blend it beautifully without leaving any streaks. The angled flat brush allows you fantastic control and makes it easier to blend in areas like under your eyes, around your nose, your jawline and hairline. I don't use a primer and the brush still helped to produce a flawless finish. Well worth trying out.

I'm a lipstick girl. I usually never buy glosses or balms. But I'm so glad I bought this beautiful little product. It's like a lip gloss and a lip balm all in one without being too shiny or sticky. It's really easy to apply, is really smooth on your lips and has just the right amount of colour. I got it in 025 Peach Parfait and it's a lovely, subtle, pretty complement to my natural lips. I highly recommend it. It comes in a huge range of colors and has gorgeous packaging. A bit pricey for lip gloss but I think it's worth paying a bit extra for this Lip Butter!
