Nice Texture, Good Colors

I really really like Bobbi's eye shadows. They come in some gorgeous matte shades and are generally easy to work with. I wish the texture was a little easier to blend when using multiple colors on the eye, but other than that they are great.

Great Staying Power, Tough to Apply

I like this product, but I don't love it. It comes in some nice colors, but many were too dark and obvious on my very fair skin. Also, it was tough to apply in a smooth but still thin line, and has a tendency to dry out in the container sooner than I expected.

Bobbi Brown Blemish Cover Stick

Awesome Coverage!

This concealer is wonderful for both blemishes and undereye circles. You can apply with a fingertip and blend with your finger or with a brush. Nice natural finish and creamy enough to blend well, but not greasy. Could have slightly better staying power.

Benefit Kitten

Easy Application, Slightly too Obvious

Kitten is super-easy to apply, and easier to keep off of your close than a lot of other shimmer lotions and powders. However, the glitteriness factor can be way too much for daytime, although very cute at night. I love the pale-champagne color of the sparkles, very flattering on lighter skin tones.

Nice Bronzer for Fair Skin

This is a really nice bronzer idea for those with fair skin. Instead of using it as a bronzer/highlight duo, I blend the two powders on my face, and it gives a nice glow that doesn't look to harsh or dark on my very pale skin. The sparkliness can be a little too obvious in broad daylight, however.

Benefit Benetint Lip & Cheek Stain

Easy to Use, Pretty Payoff

This is easy to use - just blend quickly for a nice flush. It would probably look funny if you had a lot of texture issues on your skin, as it might sink in unevenly to dry patches, blemishes, large pores, etc...But for all those without skin texture issues, its a great option - natural-looking and long-lasting. Slight downside: stained fingers from blending.

Almay One Coat Thickening Mascara

Not a huge fan

I don't know why, but this stuff clumps on me. A lot. I was hoping it would separate my lashes nicely, but instead, after a couple of uses, it just started clumping horribly.

Almay Pore Minimizer For Normal/Combo Skin

So-so - not great, but not horrible either

This had a decent smoothing, pore-minimizing effect, but it didn't last well at all, and tended to irritate my skin if used to often.

Stila Kajal Eye Liner

Good Texture, Bad Staying Power

This pencil had a good texture when blending on, although, as the editorial review notes, it tends to fall off in chunks when sharpened. My main complaint though, is that it doesn't stay put very well on my slightly oily skin, and collects in a nasty line in my eyelid by the end of the day. Definitely not a good look!

Stila Eye Shadow Pan

Lovely Colors, Easy to Use

I just keep coming back to Stila eyeshadows. The textures are easy to blend and the colors are just lovely - some of them are positively ethereal! I just keep buying new colors because I can't seem to get enough.
