This is one of the best tools I've ever owned. I have acne-scarred skin, so I need makeup and tools that cover well. But obviously nobody wants to look cakey! This is my every-day brush - any powder I use goes on this brush. It has hold up through constant use, travel, being thrown in my purse, cleanings, everything. It doesn't lose bristles (which annoys me so much!), cleans up well, and blends/distributes well. I have nothing bad to say about this brush - it's so worth it.

I was pretty enthusiastic about trying these, and figured if they'd work well then I would keep a stash in my desk at work for mid-afternoon refreshers. Unfortunately, I ended up not liking anything about them! The orange-mint smell ended up being more reminiscent of granny/hospital/mint all together, which I couldn't get out of my nose until I got home and was able to wash my face. I could have probably lived with the smell had the wipes not made my face feel gunky - I was using them to make it feel LESS gunky. Needless to say, for facial wipes, I think there are much better for less money that don't smell like minty hospital rooms or leave residue. But now I know!

I'd been on a quest for reddish lip stains for a while. After being pointed to several products that were more like sticks or glosses, I just went around trying anything that looked remotely like it could be a stain. I found this one, and it actually acts the way a stain is supposed to act - translucent, hard to budge, able to be layered or just left alone. It's drying, but you just have to make sure (as with any true stain) that your lips are in good condition and that you put a little balm on over it. This stain continuously performs well and it's one of the only products I keep on my person at all times. I don't use it on my cheeks, just lips. The color Cupid's Breath is great for anyone who likes classic red lips but has to tone it down for places like the office - you can look polished and glam and still be taken seriously.
