Thats the only way I know to describe this wonderful product. It is completely non-greasy, can be applied over stockings and under clothing. It refreshes feet and ankles tired from long days walking on hot pavement and is great for massaging shoulders tense from long days at the keyboard. Feels luxurious and smells wonderful.
