but it stung my face like crazy and made me red and blotchy every time I put it on. I ended up having to use it as hand cream, since there is no way I would keep putting it on my face.

These eyeshadows are highly pigmented with gorgeous shades. They go on smoothly, and have a nice shimmery sheen--without being sparkly at all. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent product but it definitely takes some time to work up to using it every night and seeing real results. When I first started using the .5% serum it actually burned my skin, despite the fact that I only used it a couple times a week. Now I am using the 1% every night, without any adverse reaction (aside from increased dryness), and my skin looks great. If you can tolerate this product, it will make your pores look smaller, your skin look tighter, and your spots and freckles will fade noticeably. It's also great for decongesting acne-prone skin and clearing up blemishes more quickly. I would recommend making sure that you use a more intense moisturizer when you use this product, and not combining this with other antiaging products containing glycolic or other acids until your skin adjusts. And of course, you definitely need to wear a high spf sunblock during the day.

This exfoliant does the trick--it's gentle but still leaves my skin smooth. I tend to get dry skin that sometimes flakes in the winter, and this effectively removes flakes without rubbing me raw. Recommended.

I am not sure what all the fuss is about. I have this eyelash curler, have tried it a few times, and ultimately gave up on curling my lashes. Perhaps it's my technique, but I really don't see much of a difference when I use this versus when I don't. My lashes are somewhat naturally curly, but I've heard so many rave reviews that I decided to give it a try. In the end I truly don't think this is a particularly effective or useful product.

I didn't think that this did much, but perhaps it requires continuous use? Either way, I wasn't super impressed with either the experience of using it, or the end result. The treatment itself is super oily, smells very very strong, and requires at least 15-20 minutes on your head. After I shampooed it out, my hair did not feel any smoother, more moisturized, or silkier. As I said perhaps I need to to use it for a few weeks to see results, but my initial reaction is pretty negative.

I love this lip balm--it glides on smoothly, leaves your lips tingly and glossy, and smells refreshingly minty. Yum!

This shampoo does indeed smell great, and it leaves your scalp feeling tingly clean, but other than these two benefits, I don't think it does much for your hair. I've actually found it to be a bit drying, though it claims to be for all hair types. It's a shame, because as much as I want to love Aveda products, I am always a bit disappointed.

I bought this in the hope that it would prove to be a highly moisturzing and soothing night cream. Unfortunately, this product did not live up to my expectations. It stung my face when I put it own after cleansing, and it left me with dry, irritated skin when I woke up in the morning. The best product for sensitive and dry skin that I've found is Atopalm MLE cream. It's about the same price as this product and works like a dream.

I usually flat iron my hair straight, but on those days when I can't be bothered, I use B&B Curl Conscious Cream in Wavy Woman. It gives curls a real boost without being crunchy or sticky, and I get soft, full curls and smoothed out texture. It totally eliminates frizz, and unlike most smoothing serums, it doesn't create grease or weigh your hair down, no matter how much you use. I also learned a trick from my hair dresser when I purchased this, which I think really helps define curls. I squirt a quarter sized amount into the palm of my hand and add a bit of water to thin the product out. Then I just gently comb my fingers through my dry hair. This really allows the curls to revive (since moisture always brings out curls) and allows the product to be distributed more evenly throughout the hair. Of course, you can also use on damp or wet hair for the same effect.
