I'm looking for a leave in conditioner, that could help with hair that needs hydration, in order not to be tangly, and kincky, but without to many oils that will make the hair greasy. Let me know what works for you.

This is a deep conditioner, but I recommend the Aussie 3 minute miracle. My hair is incredibly dry, so I leave it in for 15-20 minutes, then wash out. Truly is a miracle product for making hair manageable! For an actual leave-in conditioner, Paul Mitchell is fabulous.
"It's a 10" is a wonderful leave-in conditioner to work out tangles and hydrate without leaving hair weighed down or greasy. Please read the reviews--you can't go wrong with this!
Tresemme and Neutrogena have ok leave in conditioners, but after years of looking for the perfect leave in conditioner i found that all i needed was a weekly or bi monthly hydrating mask. I am a huge fan of morrocanoil treatment for my hair as something to leave in and keep it from looking parched (try the light oill version if you are really concerned with oil) but overall, Morrocanoil hydrating mask is soooo amazing and leaves your hair healthy and manageable for days. I also have soaked my hair in straight olive oil....it sounds gross and i have a lot of hair which is long, but pretty fine strands and it never left my hair greasy after 2 washes...everyone notices my hair when i do this. Good luck! (Used to use Paul Mitchell...it was pretty good)
Dove has a conditioner called intensive repair. I found that it works great! i stopped using leave in conditioners when they all started feeling sticky in my hair and it felt like there was a residue. There was nothing more annoying than the constant feeling of needing to rinse my hair all day long
