i have used so many hair detanglers but its not working.really have a coarse hair.pls can help tell about the best detanglers abd where to buy them in stores.
6 RepliesI would have recommended Nexxus products in the past, but since they are on the mass market the quality has gone downhill. Try using some of the products from the Aquage line. They have a good replenishing shampoo, conditioner, and "hydrating detangler" ($14.99 online). Aquage is good for coarse and/or damaged hair. The site where I purchase Aquage is Image Beauty, but it is available at many stores and salons. You may also want to use their deep-conditioner to keep strands sleek.
Thank you so much.pls i have a question; does it work for all kinds of hair.can i use it for black afro hair(african american hair).

You're QUITE welcome! Yes, Aquage does indeed work for African-American hair. It is known for its soothing, smoothing, and nourishing properties. I would use products from this line and also try the "It's a 10" Miracle Leave-In Spray recommended by Erica (below). That works well, too.

thanks.
You can give It's A 10 Miracle Leave in Product. It can be found at just about any store, CVS, Target, etc. They have a small bottle you can try which cost about $10 before you buy the big bottle. I have a daughter who is mixed so I know it works on Africa American hair. Her hair is very coarse and was so frizzy, tangley, matted at times, and almost impossible to comb thru. When she uses this it really does perfome miracles. Works very well with flat irons too. I love the way it makes my hair look as well. Check out the reviews for it here on Totalbeauty.
