Hello and welcome. I have super oily skin as well as just like you if I try not to use a moisturizer I get dry flakey skin. :-( I use to use Clean & Clear oil free moisturizer but now I switched to using Grapeseed oil. I am trying to use more natural skincare since I also have sensitive skin and have done research on oils. Even though we have oily skin we still need oil to help with dry patches and such. Grapeseed, Jojoba and Palm Kernel oil are all great oils for oily or acne prone skin because they moisturize but don't feel greasy or heavy. They absorb quickly and all have a lot of key benefits in helping your skin with more than just moisturizing. Also it's fairly cheap. My skin has never looked better and is super soft.
