Crackle nail polish
I just bought a bottle of crackle nail polish. How do you use it? There are no instructions and nothing is happening. Thanks.

just apply it over a regular coat of paint, like a top paint, and after a few mins, it will crackle!

Paint nails. then you use the crackle nail color. It will not crackle right unless you have a base coat on.
