best eyeliner for sensitive eyes
I wear contacts and have eye allergies. What is the best eyeliner whether it be liquid or pencil?

I wear a Merle Norman soft pencil eyeliner. I wear contacts although not daily, just occasionally. It has been great in terms of not irritating & not smudging away as the day goes on.
