Hi Cinnamongirl7! You can use eye cream around your lips for wrinkles, but I'd recommend just using an anti-aging product for the face for that area. Eye creams are built to be more sensitive for the skin around the eye area, so they not be very effective for other areas of the face where the skin is thicker.
