Are you having trouble uploading the picture? Here's what I did: Click My Account > Choose file (upload a profile picture from your computer) > Scroll down and click the "Save Preferences" on the bottom > You should have "+10 points" for updating your profile picture (this disappears quickly, but your points should increase by 10 points if you didn't see this > Picture doesn't change immediately... give it a few hours or even a day or two.
