I believe the suggestion is for 8 cups of water a day, how many people actually get this much water?

I've heard that drinking 8 to 12 cups of water is good, but then I hear that drinking too much water is bad. =/ I think a good place to start is to have a cup of water in the morning, at night, and with every meal. What's great about water is that you can get it from fruits, like apples. Try mixing some berries with water to get some flavor, water, and 0 calories.
Have you tried coconut water? Excellent for you specifically 100% raw coconut water
