Recent Reviews
I miss the old review page where there was a list of most recently reviewed products. Now the page only shows the top 5 viewers and the top 5 most helpful reviews...which just happens to be from one invidiual. Also, I feel like the search hasn't been dramatically improved. A lot of products are still very hard to find, which makes it hard to know if the product is available (and I just can't find it) or if it's not even available at all. I think a lot of members would agree that the products list doesn't get updated as frequently and quickly as we would all like. It would be very helpful if there was someone who would add new products when members request them, and someone else to fix up the search function because it is no where near perfect. I also hope that the most recent reviews would return so that we can see what members are currently reviewing. :)

Searches for products
I agree about the searches. I'm kinda new and when I first started looking for products, I would hit the letter of the alphabet that the product name started with. If I didn't see it there, I assumed the website didn't have anything about it (I.e., Kat Von D). However, when I learned just to type it in the search box, I found it. It doesn't make sense to me that I couldn't find it when I pressed "K."

Sometimes you're off by a letter or you spell it wrong (since you're looking for a product that you might even remeber what it was called) but you just want to see if others try it, but you just CAN'T find it. That gets frustrating and absolutely defeats the purpose of coming to a review site for both the person that wants to read reviews and the person trying to find a product to review. Also, when I though it was just one individual, it's actually a "glitch", or a horrible programmer who copies and pastes volta's profile picture for the top 5 most helpful reviews that NEVER seems to get updated. I'll come back in a week or a month, and it's still these exact same pictures. I've really lose the urge to post new reivews, because I feel like they'll never get seen, since these helpful reviews don't get UPDATED daily. Please fix, thank you!

Same thing happens to me. I agree...I don't know what old review page you mean, but I remember when each member's profile had a page called "My reviews." You could see at a glance her reviews. Also, you could edit your review anytime, which was handy.
No one is responding to my suggestions or questions to TB Admin either, and I wonder if we got a new community manager again? It used to be Tracy, then Mary, then....?
