how I stay young
Well, I do not feel like I am that old on the inside - so I think that reflects on the outside. This NuFace would be great to have - always like to try new things

Lifestyle ~ Absolutely everything in moderation, diet, exercise, vitamins, essential oils, helping others, spreading positivity & joy to others & trying to keep a positive outlook in life no matter what. ~ It's all small stuff.~ Living life grateful for everything I'm accomplished and been through!

I stay young by using great skincare products, mediterranean diet, supplements, and love to go out dancing and listening to live music each week! A smile and a great attitude go with me everywere...

What keeps me young
What keeps me young is raising 2 ADHD grandsons. We do it all, riding dirt bikes, skateboarding, playing softball and football, and I am right in the middle of it all, and loving it!!!! I stay young by staying as stress free as possible. By listening to my body. By mixing up the ages of people I'm with.

I take great care of my skin(sunscreen daily,gentle products,remove makeup before bed).I eat healthful food,usually! I also believe that being kind and generous to people with time,words,etc, keeps me beautiful and young .

I exfoliate my face daily and use moisturizer and sunscreen of at least SPF20(but I prefer SPF30). The best thing though is laughter! Lol
