And at any cost you don't mind if it is a little pricey? well, for starters I would really recommend getting an extraction facial on your back!  sounds crazy I know! but it would really stop any more breakouts if you get rid of all the blackheads and stuff blocking the pores on your back.. But ensure you go to a good beauty therapist!

The absolute fastest way to get acne to go away is to go to your dermatologist and have them inject your affected ares with cortisone.  The top acne specialists agree there is no faster way, but I'm not sure you will have the time or if you want to endure the pain of injections.  Good Luck to You!

I agree with the visit to the dermatologist for cortisone treatments.  I currently have it right now but I broke out due to stress.  What's been helping me is I switched from using body wash to Dial soap.  Back breakouts commonly happen due to the amount of bacteria, so the Dial anti-bacterial soap helps.  Then after you shower, swipe your back with Stridex pad, maximum strength.  I've been on this regime for 2 weeks and I can already see a difference.
