I'm a 27 year old women and a mother of a 2 year old son. I have a membership to 24 hour fitness and have been working out. I also take Zumba classes and I'm taking womens active pills. How can I get rid of this belly pudge?

Anything with caffeine in it will help boost your metabolism so green tea is a good way to go (it has great antioxidants too). But be weary of any food that claims to burn fat, only muscle burns fat. If you work more on building muscle with your cardio stuff that should help. If you're eating right and working out in a healthy way you should be set. Unfortunately, where our bodies store fat is largely genetic and out of our control. Good luck!
I love green tea too - it really helps to reduce bloating and promote weight loss. I can sympathize on the belly pudge, which I never used to have until I reached my 30s. I need to step up my exercise routine - I have taken Zumba classes too, and they're really fun.

green tea really help to loose weight. and always a proper exercise too.

After having a baby it may not go away totally. How much weight did you gain? First child? Good luck. Exercise is a great start. It took me several years after my last child. I finally weigh less now then I ever have.I'm in a 3-4. I eat what I want. Just not too much.
