I recently became a high end makeup junkie. It used to not matter and I would only buy drugstore brands but since buying high end stuff, IMO, there is a big difference. It lasts longer and is more pigmented. I also get a lot more compliments! Foundation, blush and bronzer- NARS. NARS Sheer Glow foundation is the best liquid foundation I've tried and goes best with my dry skin type. Mascara - Chanel Inimitable Intense. I have very small eyelashes, almost sparse and the formula they use really brings out my eyelashes and curls them. Eyeliner - I've used Lancôme, Urban Decay, Bare Escentials but Stila makes the best eyeliner pencil. Never goes dry and glides on easily. Bobby Brown makes the best gel eyeliner. Eyeshadow - Urban Decay. Also I like Laura Geller's baked eyeshadow. Primer - Hourglass Mineral veil. Eventually want to go more natural, organic, paraben-free, sulfate-free, etc. I'm going to try tarte cosmetics next.

well i'm just starting out with makeup recently so i would have to say E.l.f since its cheap n also very good quality n coming in second would be wet n wild...i'm more of the drugstore brand of makeup than the pricier brand so my choices would be quite obvious

I love reading about all the favorite brands. Jury still out as far as my favorite goes. 

I have several favorite brands of makeup. For evening out my skin, I use Mary Kay foundation (which provides great coverage) and finish off with Cover Girl powder. I love Rimmel London lipsticks because they go on smoothly and last a good while. There are lots of great colors available too!

I also have products from Clinique, MAC, and L'Oreal in my makeup bag.

For drugstore maybelline is my fav I do love wet n wild lipsticks But when it comes to high end it's impossible for me to pick Estee lauder double wear foundation and Laura mercier Eyeshadow urban decay, inglot is great u can customize your packaging Mascara diorshow For me I can't pick a fav there are far to many wonderful brands

My overall favorite, above and beyond every other brand is Tarte!  Not only are the products 100% natural (in the good way) but they are incredibly high performance!  The packaging is made of some recycleable products.  The Maracuja Oil that Tarte has in pure form and in some of the cosmetics is hand pressed by a tribe in the Amazon and these cosmetics keep this tribe going.  The Light, Camera Lashes! mascara has a cult following!  I am a loyal Tarte-lette!
