I work at a pool so my hair is always dry and brittle, I also color my hair which adds to the unhealthy nature of it. To combat this I use a deep conditioning mask about once a month.
I use one cup mayonnaise (warm but not heated/room temp) to one cup olive oil (warm not heated/room temp).
Next, you mix them together and apply generously to hair.
Next, you wrap your head in cellophane plastic wrap.
Lastly, wrap a large towel around to use the heat from your head to initiate the conditioning.
Keep this on your head for 15-25 minutes and then rinse thoroughly but DO NOT shampoo.

If you do this twice a week come in december you hair will be frizz free, very shiny and VERY VERY healthy. What good is this great recipe if you dont put it to use?
