What I do in my beauty ritual
I always, always make sure anything I use in my morning or night skin ritual has an SPF in it. Always want to protect your face! At least a 15 SPF is good.

cucumber slices on the eyes where outside tanning or taking a quick bath. they do wonders!

In the summertime I love to wear bright colored nail polish and lipstick. I don't wear foundation as it normally melts off. Always make sure to moisturize and if you think there might even be a slight chance of you going outside wear sunscreen.
SPF/UV
Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen! Its so important to use the highest spf,uvb protectant! i also apply it to my neck and my chest which are areas most forgotten, what good is an ageless face without and ageless neck and chest!

Aveeno Summer Time
I'm getting to the age where those sunny hot summer days of my youth are catching up in the form of age spots (yech!) So, now what I do is wear lots of SPF 30 and reapply it every few hours. I also expose my shoulders to the sun but slather on the sunscreen on my hands and forearms to keep the tan even. Also big floppy hat, sunglasses and ice water. Yummy!

it's never too late to start preventing wrinkles! exfoliation, sun protection and antioxidants!
