I haven't tried these diet pills, but personally I have had the best success with loosing weight simply by eating healthier (less meat and dairy, more fruits, veggies and whole grain breads, brown rice and pastas), drinking tons of water and running/mild weight training. I've really limited my intake of process foods too, hardly any. I lost about 6 pounds in one month doing this. I do allow myself to have a piece of dark chocolate every night and if I drink I keep it simple like a glass of wine, beer or a vodka soda. Good luck.

"When it sounds to good to be true, it probably is". Just eat healthy and excercise. It is your best chance at losing weight. You take the pill, lose the weight, then what? Will you stop taking the pill and gain the weight back? You will feel better, if you just naturally lose. Plus you will feel way more proud of yourself!!!

I agree with the other members. And from what I've read, diet pills can be dangerous. Anyway, dieting is not a temporary thing but a permanent change in eating habits! It's hard, I know. And I don't know how old you are, but if you are over 40, your metabolism slows. It's harder to lose weight, and you burn calories much slower in general.
What I did is change my habits slowly! Start with one little change, like using low-cal or fat free (if you stand the taste, LOL) versions of stuff. I also watch portions, and keep "empty" calories in mind. Don't deprive yourself! If you REALLY want that piece of cake, eat it, but watch what you eat the rest of the day. Every calorie counts!
I've heard a slow weight loss is better and more effective than losing weight quickly.
I eat quite healthy during the week, then on weekends indulge a bit. I've gotten in the habit of buying those 100 calorie bags of popcorn. That way, I satisfy my cravings but it's only 100 calories! I used to eat the full-size bags, not realizing they were about 600-700 calories, almost half a day's calories in that one snack!
