I dont know who said this to me but I had said that since my hair is colored, I wash my hair every other day they said I should wash my hair everyday and that will keep my color longer. WHAT??

Use baby oil to get a good tan. Talk about bad advice! i guess that's what I get for listening to my highschool friends back in the day. 

OMG, too funny....i've heard the baby oil trick also can you imagine?!  How about this one?  CRISCO!!??  Someone once told me to use crisco, and smear it all over, then lay in the sun!!!???  I sure hope she doesn't take her own advice..

Yes Aly7, i agree with you, do not wash color treated hair everyday, or non-treated hair for that matter.(unless you HAVE to) If someone colored their hair and then washed it everyday, they are going to spend alot of money on hair dye...not to mention the damage they are doing to their hair

Acually, i think you are supposed to go a day or two without using shampoo at all....

Lately I've only been washing my hair twice a week. I know it sounds weird, but my hair looks great and it looks a lot healthier too. I have a lot of meidum hair so it holds natural oils relatively well.  

I wash my hair 2-3 times a week
