I've always had dry skin and had a problem with applying foundation bc it usually looks either cakey or just not right. But I had a cold recently so right around the bottom of my nose is sensitive and flakey. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to get around this problem? thanks!!!
12 Repliesi would toally reccomend to first wash your face! i like netrogena pink grapefruit facial wash, it really cleans your skin. after that, it looks ok to put on foundation. and dont forget that you should only use foundation on areas that need it , not all over your face or it will look mega-cakey. and the problem with your nose being sensitive.....use c.o bigelows rose salve on te sensitive spots. it moisturizes the skin and smells really good. its only $5.50 at bath and body works. hope i helped!!!
The complete name of the foundation I was referring to is Cover Girl TruBlend Whipped Foundation.
