Makeup
I would like to share a story that happened recently. I have been using Ponds Cold Cream on and off since I was little. I remember using it, specifically, every year for Halloween, since it was the only thing my grandma had in her bathroom to remove Halloween makeup, which it did!!!
I recently celebrated my birthday, and since I wanted smudge-proof makeup, I used Wet N Wild Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner. It stayed on till the next day, even after I furiously attempted to wash it off. I didn't know what to do. I asked my BF's sister if she had anything and she lent me Ponds Cold Cream. At first I was skeptical, because I knew it took off regular makeup, but wasn't sure about waterproof makeup. Doesn't hurt to try, does it? Well, what can I tell you other than it's a miracle worker!!! It took off everything!!! No makeup in sight!!!
Because of this, I will now always have a jar of Ponds Cold Cream in my beauty collection!!!
Do you have a story like this???
2 RepliesOk so I can agree with you on this one but also I'd like to add Noxzema to the list. They work very well and are so similar. I just love the menthol feel of Noxzema that gives that clean feel!
I used to use Noxzema when I was in H.S. I'm moving to more natural products now but I will say it is great for removing make up

That's awesome. It's funny because I also think of my grandmother when I think of Pond's Cold Cream. Apparently those ladies were on to something. I'll have to add it to my arsenal...especially with Halloween around the corner and I will be wearing a lot of blue make up. Typically I just use Jojoba oil to remove my make up but it's good to know alternatives, especially for water proof stuff.
