There are a few questions regarding your skin that you will answer. Once the skin analysis is complete, you provide your email address to have it sent to you. Sign up for a new account once you have received your email, review your results and recommendations, and when the products recommended are displayed, click on the button that says Sample Products. You pay $2.99 shipping but it is well worth it. I am receiving 7 products. 🙂
