I recently went to a local esthetician for a facial and she sold me $200 worth of Dermalogica products.  I have VERY VERY sensitive skin and have been using Ponds Cold Cream for YEARS with great results.  She explained that the mineral oil in the cold cream is extremely bad for my skin and that I needed to start the Dermalogica regimen immediately.  The regimen consisted of Precleanse, UltraCalming Cleaner, Ultracalming Toner and Intense Moisturizer.  That was on December 3; FFWD 5 weeks later and I have cyst like pimples on my chin, cheeks and even one under my eye.  I have NEVER had acne in my ENTIRE LIFE and have always been told what great skin I have.  The esthetician is recommending I stay on the Dermalogica but I don't feel that is the right choice; she even offered to give me a peel which I declined.  Last night I switched back to my Ponds Cold Cream and Vitamin C Serum and my face "feels" happier.  Could I have had some sort of reaction or were the products too harsh for my face?
