I had undergone rotator cuff surgery a year ago and I feel the stiffness in my shoulder. I'm not able to work properly because of the pain. So one of my friends suggested getting massage therapy from Focus Physiotherapy in Bolton. Is it worth spending money? I haven't undergone any such treatments before so please help.
