My sister is 16 years old and she says she needs to undergo breast augmentation surgery as her boobs are small and unattractive. She researched about the surgeons and finalised on Dr. Asif Pirani in Toronto. She is pretty confident about what she is doing but I’m not. I just can’t imagine a 16 years old girl going under knife for this. Is this common?
