Is skin tag an early sign of cancer?
Hi.. I have skin tags and I have oily skin. I am planning to undergo a cosmetic surgery in Lakeview Surgery Centre, Barrie. Is skin tags an early sign of cancer? I am really worried. I really want to get rid of my skin tags. Has anyone done this surgery before? Is it effective?

Nope, they are completely harmless. Provided that they aren't near your eyes (my husband gets a lot there), tea tree oil can help them go away. But don't use it near your eyes!

skin tags are not cancerous. I have had a doctor remove one for me and it was painless. If you are worried though, ask your doctor.
