What is the best and worst packaging you have ever encountered for makeup products?
6 RepliesMy current best would be the bottles for TokyoMilk Dark perfumes. They are black and beautifully decorated with white lined designs that evoke the somewhat dark spirit of the names of the scents (think insects, octopi, guns, etc.). They definitely aren't for everyone, but neither are the scents; however, I can't get enough and find them incredibly evocative and unique. As for worst, I can't think of anything too terrible at the moment, but there are definitely some that are a bit too "tongue-in-cheek" to leave out on your counter, such as TIGI Bed Head's After Party. If you haven't seen this in person to know what I mean, look it up. It is humorous and when I was younger I thought it was awesome that it looked that way (it is pink, tall/long, and rounded on the end). It's been a while since I used it, but I remember it leaving my hair soft. Oh and I also cannot stand when something is too leaky/sticky to get the cap closed again. That is a total packaging flaw!
