Hi. I was wondering what your suggestions would be for the best mini flat irons? I have shorter hair, so this would be a better fit for me than my full-size one. I also have naturally curly hair that frizzes like nobody's business, so controlling frizz is definitely a must. I also would be looking at ones under $100.  Thanks!
