Postage Due from Total Beauty
I received a notification of postage due on a package from Total Beauty. Thought that was strange as I hadn't ordered anything that I remember. So I pay the $4.00. Receive my package and what did I get? A 6 page mini mag, No coupons, no samples, no gift, NOTHING!
I want my $4 back! Complete screw up on Total Beauty's part!
