I just received and tried this facial mask from TotalBeauty.com which came from a collection I purchased 2 of, and I have to say, I'm extremely glad I purchased two of the same collection. I have pretty sensitive skin with eczema around my nose area, so gentle cleansing, exfoliation and hydration are quite important. I cleansed my face, put on this extremely quick and easy mask, and it was like an oasis to the dryer areas of my face without being oily to the other parts of my face. I love this product and cannot wait to use it again. First of all, it literally comes out of the package as an easy to go cloth mask with appropriate cut outs for eyes, nose and mouth. There is no gooey mess on your hands, nothing to spread around, just literally tear the package open and place it on your face. Also, immediately, the mask was nice and cold without being shockingly cold. (For this reason I would definitely recommend it for a sunburned face - I'm a natural redhead and am ever so familiar with sunburn.) I was surprised that it held it's cool and really relaxing temperature the entire time I had it on. Admittedly, I left it on longer than the suggested 5-10 minutes because it just felt so nice and relaxing. There is no eye burn with this mask (which I have experienced with other masks- too close to the eyes sometimes and you can feel the fumes making your eyes water), no peeling anything off like some old-school masks I've used in the past (which can Burt like heck on sensitive skin when you take off not only the mask, but skin that goes with it), just literally take the thing off, throw it away, gently rub in what it leaves behind, and splash a bit of cold water to close those pores. I do suggest using it lying down, not only to stay more relaxed, but the mask tends to stay on your face where it needs to be better. I also have a cat who is a working animal and quite curious about silly things on my face, and when he laid down and sniffed my face, I was not concerned with him ingesting harsh products while checking it out. I really can say that out of all the masks I have used in my life, this was the easiest to use, the only one that held it's cool temperature the entire time I had it on, and the most refreshing of the masks I have tried as of today. I can also see this as a really simple travel tool, or something that can be brought to the office to use duringa break or lunch period. I suffer from stress related migraines and I'd be willing to bet that this would help with those due to it's cool refreshing feel and it's relaxing properties. I did follow it up with moisturizing facial serum with anti-aging properties (I'm 33, so I should start now with these anti-wrinkle things), and my skin is smooth as silk. I have no eczema dry patches or redness, nor does my face feel like it is burning, which just happens if I don't stay on top of those eczema spots or if I use a new product my face doesn't agree with. Awesome product overall.
