Don’t sit too long: Standing is no activity in itself but it helps burn 1.5 times more calories as compared to when you’re sitting. Increase Meals, Limit Portion Size: You don’t need eat large meals just to satisfy your taste buds; stop yourself once you feel full. Drink Enough Water: Drinking more water will not only ensure that you identify the pangs correctly but also make you feel satiated overall.

try taking hikes. It's quite enjoyable especially if you do it with friends! They're pretty hard! Most of my trails are about 6 miles!!

Just make sure not to go out on a long hike without taking the time to toughen up your feet by doing walks or short hikes leading up to the big day. This is to avoid blister.
