try taking hikes. It's quite enjoyable especially if you do it with friends! They're pretty hard! Most of my trails are about 6 miles!!

Just make sure not to go out on a long hike without taking the time to toughen up your feet by doing walks or short hikes leading up to the big day. This is to avoid blister.
